Opening your heart to love after heartbreak. Having self-respect and self-love for yourself. Leaving your job for a new career. Leaving your past in the past, and moving into the future with a new attitude. Becoming an entrepreneur for the first time. Finding the courage to leave an abusive relationship. These are just some examples of situations that a tenacious single parent may encounter in their lifetime.
Maybe, your relationship dissolved and you were thrust into becoming a single parent. Or, you made a conscience choice to be a single parent. Being a single parent can be a challenging occupation at times, yet it is joyous, blessed and satisfying too.
For those times when you feel the world is against you, remember you are in good company with other single parents.

To be tenacious is to never give up when the obstacles appear in your path. Hold your chin up and continue forward fiercely.
